Aixploring Provence is also referred to on this site and in any associated documentation as “I” or “guide” or “my” or “us” or “we” or “The Company”, the website aixploringprovence.com as “website”, and the user and/or client as “you” or “user” or “client” or “purchaser” or “participant”. By scheduling a tour and/or using our services, you agree to release The Company from liability of any risk, errors/damage (either direct or by affiliates) and any damage during the tour of any nature, whether personal or property, as well as to third parties or property of others resulting from participation in the tour, either during or as a consequence of it.
We strongly recommend that purchasers of The Company’s tour services secure personal travel insurance in order to cover any/all expenses associated with the loss of personal belongings and/or bodily injury. Purchase of such insurance, and the terms and/or limits of its coverage therein, are the express responsibility, and at the sole discretion, of the participant(s).
Aixploring Provence conducts its tours rain or shine. However, we reserve the option to cancel a tour if we believe the weather, health or other conditions could be hazardous. If you want to cancel your tour for any reason, we kindly request a 7-day advanced notice. Please note that we do our best to see all sights as agreed upon, but the itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the guide due to the pace of the tour, weather, transit delays on the part of the participant(s), or unforeseen issues as they may occur.
Aixploring Provence provides recommendations and suggestions (to include but not limited to hotels, restaurants, events, sights, and regional destinations) in good faith based upon the guide’s experience and knowledge. The participant(s) understand that these are opinions and therefore subjective. The availability, quality, suitability and safety of these recommendations are not within our control, and therefore The Company will not accept responsibility for negative or harmful experiences as a result of the recommendations.
Furthermore, we may provide recommendations regarding rental accommodations upon request. Please be aware that every transaction entered into by users will be arranged, organized and paid directly to the property manager or owner. The Company will not act on behalf of either party (participant or property owner/manager). Users understand that this website is designed to provide you with useful accommodation information. The Company is not connected to, and does not manage, any rental property included on this website or in any of its associated communications (verbal, written or electronic), and under no circumstances will we become a party to agreements or mediation between users and rental property owners.
Any part of an actual, or potential, transaction between users and rental property owners entered into as a result of recommendations from Aixploring Provence, whether express or implied, is solely the responsibility of each user. This includes but is not limited to the quality, safety or legality of the properties, its truth or accuracy, availability, and the ability of participants to rent a property.
